My bow and arrows are just the default silver bow and arrows... I made copies of them in the construction set and made them both do 5000 damage and increased their health. I also increase the speed of the arrrows to something ridiculously high. Ingame damage gets increased by your skill level in marksman. All of this adds up to the effect of sending people 'flying' in conjunction with 'Realistic Ragdolls and Force v3'.
