Most people outside of India know. Dark people in any society where the people have been conquered or colonized, there are dark people. In some countries they are not seen, but they exist all over the the world and they are usually treated differently. The goals are to bleach the skin and pretend to be white or looked as a prize. Dark people of any ethnicity have been brainwashed to believe they must have a lighter skintone in or to be considered worthy. Many stores on the larger islands or countries have aisles of skin bleach and hair relaxers to give off that appearance. Get a book read all about it.
