They don't think that, that's a tactic. Their strategy is to hammer at the justice system until it breaks by means of obstruction, disruption, delay, and distraction. It's never about rights, laws, the constitution, or any of the smokescreens they lay down to further their real goal. When it works, it does so by mistakes being made, witnesses not being able to go to numerous hearings or not showing up, or prosecutors having to dismiss or pleas to nothing because they simply don't have the resources to waste on frivolous nonsense. The best remedy is expedited hearings, failure to appear warrants, contempt with jail for abuse of the legal system and disrespect of the courts, maximum fines and jail time, and maximum bonds. The only thing that wakes them up is jail - except hardcore cases like Eric Martin.

During Covid they all had too much time and spent half the day on the internet. That's why they all appeared almost at the same time because the judges back then weren't that experienced in dealing with them. Now even the Supreme Court has made decisions on this, which is why many have switched to the "Moorish" nonsense. This and most of the other videos of hesitant judges were from a few years ago and would not be treated the same way today.
