Search type regedit press Enter to open Windows Registry.
For Office 2016/2019/2021/365,
1.navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Excel.
2.Select the Word key and press Delete to delete the key.
3.Close Registry Editor and restart your computer. Open Excel again and it should be reset to default settings.
