Humm .. I believe it has to do with pronunciation .. In japanese, when you say "ou" it's like .. a long pronunciated "o" .. I mean .. (Kinda hard to express myself xDD) I think both are correct, since the name is actually written with kanji or hiragana, and not romanji, that's why it varies. I personally prefer "Kouji", but most people spells it "Koji". In conclusion, you can use either of them xD
