She was 13, but the maturity of her dancing and emotions made me feel like she was at least 16. idk what she imagined to put herself in the right emotional state (because how does a 13 year old understand anything about providing for a child anyway), but it was believable.

If you watch some of the episodes, Shari kinda bragged about McKaylee a lot at times and the moms obviously didn't like that so that's probably why

Say what you want about Anthony, but, his choreography is amazing. He may be a more “violent” teacher, kind of like Abby, but, he just wants them to do it correctly and see the detail in the moves. I think he is a nice guy (except for when he literally critiqued Paige in front of the audience), he just wants his students to learn and do the choreography like how it was envisioned. Don’t come at me for having my opinion, we all have different views. The episode where his father had died was my favorite episode with Anthony in it, as he wasn’t as mean and rude to the students.

Maddy Callin no, this is a completely different song than what was aired! the song was the same as one from a candy apple’s dance but i can’t remember the name. all i remember is the first few words were like “have you been-“ something something “a bit more than usual?” and i thought it was so pretty so i’m kinda upset
That was such a gorgeous performance!! I like seeing the choreography for both this show and Dance Moms, but this might be my absolute favorite dance for either show. The acting and technique was truly stellar, she’s such a mature and talented dancer, and it’s easy to see just how much passion she has for dance. And she was only 13 when she did this dance!!

These women are so hateful. I understand wanting your child to be successful...but wishing another child failure? That’s pretty disgusting. There’s going to always be someone out there somewhere who is better than you and that’s what they need to tell their kids. You may always win, you might not ever cross paths with that person...but if you do, be humble enough to know you did your best and they were just better.
