- This Secret I am sharing with you is because I noticed many people struggle to struggle which rope they should start with or how to get sustainably great in jumping!
Short handle rope: great to start learning tricks the harder way but being more sustainable
Long handle rope: to get the learned jump rope crosses in double under or triple under and have faster achievement
Then having success faster but stucking at some new drills because the technique needs to improove which can be done at the very beginning of your jump rope journey.
This video should be for everybody who is just into jump rope skills for a short time and who wants to learn techniques right.

S..my skip practice is going on..started jump rope from May month n as of now practiced up to criss cross n double under on advanced levels...toad to some extent...can u also post n differentiate between speed rope,heavy rope, normal rope n beeded rope...when to use which n which is better for daily routine..

I was about to ask the same thing! I have a cheap PVC rope off ebay, it looks identical to the Rush Athletics rope and I figured they're probably all the same but with different brands stamped on the handles. But when I'm doing side swings the rope twists around itself and doesn't open out again when I bring it back in front so now I'm thinking maybe there are different qualities of PVC or something??
I’d recommend a PVC for freestyle. There are many brands, such as Unconventional Gainz, Elevate With Geraldo, Buyjumpropes.net, Jump Rope Coach Chris, EliteSRS, and many others.

Hannah Moore they are all similar but it also depends on how u store them. But there are million brands. Mine short handle is from rush athletics.
