Lyrics:
Yeah, you broke me and took your time with it
Yeah, you gave me all these memories that I regret
All I can do is congratulate 'cause you
Ruin me for everybody
Yeah, you ruin me for everybody
Wake up in the morning a different girl be on my line
Constantly be calling everyday I still decline
See, this exactly what you did
You ruin me for everybody
You ruin me for everybody
Bye bye
Good riddance for the last time
Say you can try, try
Maybe get it right next time
Different timeline
Maybe then you could be mine
Ruin me for everybody
You ruin me for everybody
Babylon tricks way you put upon me
'Cause back then I was very lonely
I still am, I’m just trying to find peace every day
My heart is on holiday
Still gives me sleepless nights
Sometimes I wonder how it happened all of a sudden
You ruin me for everybody
I wake up in the morning
Different girls be on my line
Constantly be calling me, I just don’t reply
See, this exactly what you did
You ruin me for everybody
You ruin me for everybody
Bye bye
Good riddance for the last time
Say you can try, try
Maybe get it right next time
Different timeline
Maybe then you could be mine
Ruin me for everybody
You ruin me for everybody
Bye bye
Good riddance for the last time
Say you can try, try
Maybe get it right next time
Different timeline
Maybe then you could be mine
Ruin me for everybody
You ruin me for everybody

This song will blow up. I'll give it a few months for people to catch on

IT'S. ON. REPEAT❗❗❗💯🔥 CLASSIC in the making!
Very smooth...
😂 for real @@rebeccajoseph7640
I'll give it until April-May when it's starts warming up
Usher being relevant 30 years since his debut isn’t something alotta people can say. Glad I can I say I’ve witnessed him during this era 🙌🏽
Yeah, me too. Loved that era of music. Usher was fire then as he is today.

Noone can brag about that
Yes I’m happy I was here for it
King of R&B type shit
Why is everyone sleeping on this song !!??!🥺
One of the smoothest and cleanest video in recent times. The beautiful black people, the artistry, the dancing, the afrobeats. Everything was just BLACK & BEAUTIFUL
Amazing ❤
Perfectly said! Super creative. Sad song, but such a beautiful ending!! ❤
I love the way African American artists and African artists are working together these days. Nothing could make me happier 😊

Yassssss… I LOVE IT!
Listening to Usher as a kid and as an adult is top tier😩😩🥰🥰🥰

Honestly like our generation really is the best
We're blessed.
Usher is so damn talented it’s crazy. He manages to stay relevant for every generation it’s like he’s a brand new artist each time.
You can say that again
😊The unique thing about him is that he doesn't have a recognizable sound. Love him❤
Right!
The definition of refined! He continues to refine and reinvent his self.
So true
Usher is 45 and I am 44. I literally grew up watching his entire career. He's still so talented and smooth. Great video. Colors and dancing etc.
Mmmm nd i'm 45❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹
A lovely mesh of sounds outstanding
True facts I'm 46 and I been watching him every since....💪💯
I like how the song has a different meaning at the end when he introduces his daughter. Basically saying his daughter is the love of his life and he can't love anyone like he loves her. I love that
I took it as he messes up relationships with women so the intention has to be different when loving women / your daughters
That line “u ruined me for everybody” almost made me cry. So relatable. Sometimes we invest everything in relationships that weren’t meant for us. Wen it’s over we not only heartbroken but damaged. Wat happens next is that it keep bleeding over into each relationship. As u can see in the video, he is unable to find that commitment with one person since he’s so damage. Same way one woman goes, same way all of them go. His last chance is break the cycle with his daughter, show her wat love is so she grow up and find meaningful connection and not be damaged as him.
@@chinasmith1920 yeah definitely could be that too. Or an accumulation of different meanings 😊
@@jomae647sounds like an excuse just to cheat and treat women like shit. If you're not ready to move on then don't lol simple. Don't make excuses, blaming your exes for everything and put it in a song haha

Everybody talk about Usher and I know he’s the goat of Rnb since 30 years but I want to congratulate Pheelz to Make Africa shyne again with the Afrobeat. 🇳🇬🏆

Why am i just hearing this song now? And why doesn’t it have over 50 million views? I love this sound for Usher. I don’t think I heard him use a afrobeat in his songs before (this is a first). Im here for it! ❤
This song and Kissing strangers by Usher both deserve to be global hits. This song gets way more catchier as time progresses. Hope this song is a success for him. Wish Pheelz lines were way longer in this song.
“i love you” is also a jam on his new album. It’s my absolute favourite ❤

I agree with you. While this song and Kissing strangers are rising in streaming and in radio, they deserve to be performing way better. This and Kissing strangers by Usher should be much bigger right now. Hopefully these two songs will catch on and everyone will enjoy and continuing respecting the goat Usher.

She really has a gift & it is beautiful to see it acknowledged. Her scenes where she had to be in character were natural. Love to see any black woman flourishing from what they truly love/put in work to do.💎
Thank you, Usher. I love the song. I actually interpreted the song as a good ruin. This means when you find true love no matter the dynamic. This one seems like the love from father to daughter. We have to keep requesting this song, streaming it and listening to it. If we can do that this will dominate on r&b, urban and rhythmic. This has to be heard everywhere in order for it to crossover.
