I'm not sure what I think about this kind of charity. On the one hand, funds that would otherwise go directly to the charity are spent on the grand price, on the other hand, more people will be likely to donate at all.
Adro Slice the grand prizes are typically donated by a sponsor so that the donations aren’t going to waste but I feel you

The takeaway from this is that the 3 is an amazing car. S is still incredibly quick, but damn.. that 3 is a bargain compared to it.
And the S doesn't even have rear seat center armrests. The 3 does.

Yeah true indeed. But I really want a used S because it looks better, has air ride, and a gauge cluster.
Model S can seat 7 though and has much wider interior. Both good cars, but you do get more for your money with the S. And the difference between a low 11s (Model 3) and a low 10s (Model S) 1/4 mile is HUGE. It takes a lot more to drop a second at those times. You're into hypercar territory with the S.
You really need drone footage of these races. A top view of the race would be nice

The acceleration is so different from ICE. It's like gravity changes direction - there is no power band and no gears jerking you back and forth, just an instant change in gravity. It really is quite something. I can't help but floor it from every set of lights, junction, and roundabout in mine.

I got to test drive Model 3 Performance in California a few months ago; it was ridiculously fast! Game changer for sure!

Electric cars dont have good top speeds so people dont want them also i think a lot of people dont want to do that transition ig
Its because there aren't many charging stations atm and a lot of countries won't be able to handle a huge extra demand in electricity for charging cars. Once more chargers are installed and more renewable energy "power stations" are built, we will then see a massive rise in electric car production, but atm we will have to stick with ICE.
