Once lost HBM O, with boss left like 1-2percent hp after last bomb blasted. And it was over... Though now i'm sweeping HBM P, and I think I can take down Q, but need change base from centered to corner base.

true, for HBM III heroes have so much hp and such good skill level and talent its not usefull to use more than 1 or 2 aoe damage dealer like santa and vlad. Santa is even a dangerous choise. Druids is ranged wich makes it safer, grants a damage boost so with the same hit/proc/15 energy given to ennemy a hero can deal more..
the heroes I used pd (5zerk/4revive) cp (5revite/4scatter) molt(8scatter/3zerk) druid (5zerk/4scatter) vlad (6wg/4sprint) santa (6bulwark/4slowdown)

+Tyroceoylus Layray Yes he did, but see what talent he has? With Ghoulem reducing damage to the heroes and healing it is a HUGE plus to have Ghoulem.
