    Around time 21 minutes, I’m confused. Backward accountability versus forward accountability, at some point someone must settle the account. Else that one accountable in the future can just skip out thus becoming backward slackard but since we’re now looking to the future from that future, that someone gets a pass as a free rider.

      Lol.. as someone who is not a safety practitioner, I have seen this guy speak at length.. and I have to say I've never seen someone so utterly lathered up in the adulation of those around him. Just the most unsavoury, self-agrandising, self-referential mf going. "Dekkerian", you might say
