Un grand acteur. Quand j'ai appris sa mort sur internet j'ai été choqué. Un acteur de plus qui n'a pas été reconnu à juste valeur. Je l'ai vu pour la 1ère fois dans haute-tension avec Cécile De France et Maîwen. Un film d'horreur de Alexandre Aja. Son visage était flippant, il jouait le rôle d'un criminel imaginaire qui existait seulement dans le subconscient de Cécile De France qui était en réalité la criminelle. Dans ce film il était un pure psychopathe cruel et tordu. Il faut le regarder ce film il vaut vraiment le coup. RIP mon vieux.
Avec malhonnêteté surtout, il n'assume pas vraiment. Il a surement oublié que le viol de sa fille n'était pas fantasmé et que dans la dernière scène avec elle après le câlin, il l'a baise, c'est explicite. Bref, je comprendrai jamais comment on peut qualifier ce film de chef d'œuvre. Autant assumer d'avoir ce fantasme, plutôt que d'essayer de défendre l'indéfendable.

J'aime le cinéma ou la littérature qui montre comment l'humain après un certain conditionnement peut devenir .. J'avoue ce film est trash , extrême et sans concessions, mais il montre une certaine réalité d'un gars qui sombre petit a petit dans le nihilisme le plus dur et devient Seul contre Tous. C'est d'ailleurs totalement assumé (et non fantasmé) dans le scénario, il suffit de regarder l'intégralité (Carne / Seul contre tous/ et la 1ère scène de Irréversible)

Il témoigne l'histoire de son personnage, dont il est tombé amoureux, il prend alors sa défense. Alors que ce personnage est psychologiquement noircit par son entourage et sa vie. Un fou.
Il dit quand même une kônerie si je ne m'abuse : dans le film le “héros” fait vraiment du sexe avec sa fille, d'ailleurs il y est fait référence au début d' _Irréversible_ (le même personnage dit avoir été en prison pour avoir couché avec sa fille). C'est la séquence de meurtre qui est fantasmée (et totalement hallucinante, principalement grâce au travail sur la voix, comme il dit très justement).
Sympa' comme interview, bourrée d'anecdotes, il aurait cependant été intéressant d'en apprendre plus, par exemple, comment Noé a-t-il recruté la jeune Blandine Lenoir à l'époque, pourquoi le personnage de Cynthia est-il aussi amorphe, mais aussi l'ambiance durant le tournage etc... un film inoubliable en tout cas, Noé est sans doute l'un des meilleurs réalisateurs de sa génération, "SEUL CONTRE TOUS" est une part de vérité de notre société… inquiétant.

C'est marrant j'ai l'impression qu'il ne comprend pas le personnage de la même manière que Gaspar Noé. Lui met en avant l'humanisme du personnage tandis que Noé se concentre sur le mécanisme psychologique en cercle vicieux d'un type qui se complait dans sa noirceur.
