    In the 17th chapter of the Bhagavad Gītā, Lord Krishna provides guidance on the types of food and their impact on our spiritual practice. Pujya Swamiji elaborates on these teachings in verses 7 to 9, discussing the three types of food: Sattvik, Rajasic, and Tamasic, and how they affect our body and mind.
    In concluding this lecture, Pujya Swamiji offers guidance on how we can incorporate good food habits into our spiritual practice, based on five aspects of food:
    1. Source of food
    2. Quality of food
    3. Quantity of food to be consumed
    4. Frequency of food to be consumed
    5. Mode of eating food.

    Grateful for showing how food becomes a means to elevate thoughts.
    Eating is such a divine attitude.
    Make sure it is satvic,offer prayers with gratitude.
    In digestive fire food is the offering.
    It reaches Brahman, yagna karma is eating.
    Only take food as much as you need.
    It will bring disease if you eat more in greed.
    Food n state of mind are connected.
    From the type of food,your personality is reflected!!!
