Highly skeptical with this upcoming update. The temperature mechanic definitely got its idea from diving which there's probably new gear to keep you warm on the mountains. The landslides are kinda interesting, considering they're common on mountains. Interesting rods in the ice. Now about the whirlpool, I think it'll honestly be something like a portal for future areas or something regarding to a quest mechanic. Maybe it could be a time-limited event area where you could find the new rare mountain fishes. Four crystals, there could be some sort of symbolism behind those. It might be a quest again, either a special rod, special area or a crafting area to make new rods, potentially a new enchanting area for mountain-related enchants. I think there's more being shown at the trailer and it just needs some imagery manipulation to see it. Overall, love to see it soon
