Changed cells today, but unfortunately, it looks like BMS does count mAmps got in and out: it charges a new pack (which is 5x3.1A/h instead of 5x2A/h) to approximately 3.8v each cell and stops charging with a fault (blinking red led). After a few minutes of using vacuum cleaner, it starts charging again, but with the same result: fault indicator and 3.8v on cells.
