quite common for maps to get reuploaded as a free model and then used by developers who have no idea what they are doing 50% of the games are probably children who can't script or build, the other 50% will teleport you to snow tycoon.
The "leaked maps" are gotten via old synapse x save instance which basically saves all local scripts (scripts that run only on your client/computer) and the map which is why the first one had random cars because they saved the game and whiled it eas saving all that mayhem was happening and also there is a new version of it so you can still do that same thing
