We don't sell them anymore. Any printer will need maintenance and replacement parts. Print heads last between 1-2 years depending on your use and maintenance. Ink pump, dampers, lines will usually need replacing too. Does not matter which printer you use, you need to be able to replace parts.
Thank you, 👍1 more question, i want to convert a Epson EcoTank ET-14000 for DTF what is your opinion about that ? Or can you advice me a DTF printer like yous in this video ?@@dtfprintingtechnology9457
Can’t find any videos for first time use. I did my first print and it did not have the white like that. I’m not sure if I’m loaded the film in on the right side. Do I flip my image? Like so many questions and can’t find a single video to cover. If you see this comment can you please help me.
First of all make sure that white is working and unclogged by printing a nozzle check pattern through the epson menu. If you have white working, make sure to launch acrorip from the correct shortcut (If you have 2), select white under every pixel in the white tab and make sure you white layer is checked in the print popup menu.
L1800 is a newer model which comes with a few improvements and refilabble tanks that don't need to be reset. L1800 is easier to convert. Once converted, there is not much of a difference between the two. So pick whichever printer is cheaper.
@@dtfprintingtechnology9457 thankyou for the help. Ive found it so hard to get just a simple answer by googling it. Think i will be going with the 1800 as i looked at the dx5 and that was more money than i wanted to spend.
Hi, I have another problem after "powdering and shaking" on the foil there is still a lot of powder (on the print and the outer print) it looks very bad on the T-shirt when there is glue on it.
You need to keep the film and powder in a dry environment away from moisture. Maybe in a zip locked bag with some silica balls. Also, some bad types of film can cause this too. Make sure to shake the film well. You can brush off excess powder with a soft makup brush or scrape it off after curing the transfer. If it's too late and you already have excess glue on your t-shirt, all you can do is press it again with high pressure. That will help a little.
@@dtfprintingtechnology9457 thanks for answers, i use 'aliexpress' films but i have its on ZIP package. What do you think about a little drying after printing and before powdering. Maybe 2-5s in oven ?
No it does not. The higher humidity the better but I've tested it for weeks in 20% humidity and it was fine. There are no temperature restrictions that I'm aware of, unless you keep it in the desert or below freezing.
Thank you for your interest Gary. Unfortunately these printers have already been sold out. More will be available in around 2 weeks time. Our contact details are here: www.dtf.technology/contact/

Thank you for responding so quickly. Do I flip my images? And do I load with shiny side away from me or toward me?
@@12nichm Yes, you flip the image in either photoshop or acrorip. You load the film so that the print side is facing you.
Does the printer have only mixing of white ink in the tank or also circulation to the dampers? Thanks
Only the tanks but there are models that also circulate the dampers now
@@dtfprintingtechnology9457 Thanks! Do you know where to order it?
Best video to help me set up! Thank you!
Does this printer use Epson DTF ink ? or?
Epson does not have a DTF ink. You can use any DTF ink compatible with Epson printheads.

hi , i can see bits of white on this blue ink, is that a fault in the design ?
It's just the design. It came out exactly how it was suppose to look.
