Saf youre a track legend. But if u just talk about relays like its all about speed, imo youre missing a MAJOR component. Efficient Baton exchange with decent speed, will defeat >Bad Baton changes with major speed. You can lose several tenths with bad exchanges.. U can run a 10.80 split & it turns into a 11.0 seconds. (On the Mens side, look how the Italians beat the Jamaicans where if they raced individually..Oblique, Ackeem etc would defeat them all including Marcell Jacobs)
