It is no ok for Sophia to rent a house of 28million per annum when she can get cheaper ones or even purchase her own apartment with that money as down payment. And expect David to meet all her demands. Since they are not together all David owes her is child support, that in strick sense does not include her accommodation. In some cases if she has no good accommodation for the child to stay, it could be a reason to deny her custody. In Nigeria child support is not a big thing, you can hardly enforce it, even if you get court verdict, the man fit no pay and nothing go happen. She must also know that the court will never award her more than she is asking. I have seen court award woman with 4kids legally married 14k naira still man no gree pay. She has to thread carefully, if the Adelekes decide to turn their back on her, she go see say all her gra gra no get meaning. They also have the means to go the whole 10miles with her. David owes her nothing, only Imade is his concern and Sophia should know that. Getting her pregnant is not a crime, she was not raped so my lawyer this, my lawyer that she is on is not the way to go. I don't agree David should have custody till he shows responsibility but he should not be denied visitation, Sophia should calm down. They don't have to be enemies cos things didn't work out. If she wants such luxurious life style she should work hard for it, it shouldn't be on David. Imade should not be a bargaining chip, if she grows up and finds that out she will despise Sophia. She lucky say the Adelekes want to have something to do with her, Some will deny her and her child, insist on DNA test, call her gold digger and just stress her out. Lastly She should know in Nigeria, David will never go to jail even if he abandons her and the baby. There is need for common sense. Make peace, reduce her demands and get a life too.
