Such a underrated show. The whole reason why there isn't a third season was cause it was underrated. I've seen series get new seasons after 5+ year hiatus I hope season 3 is the same case
Dude I agree this show is so underrated I remember finishing reading the manga a long time ago and now I felt nostalgic and I am going back and reading it again XD her drawings are fantastic and the story is so deep I can tell she was heavily inspired by Islam religion and Arabic culture and I love it! It makes me happy since my origins are from Iraq I'm definitely going to buy more copies and support the author she is very talented. right now she is also drawing a new manga called Orient and it sounds interesting
The bigger reason I have noticed in anime like these is that it usually lasts till anime is on sunny side. The story takes several quite dark turns and tackles some complex topics, which speaks well for story, but makes things hard to get an anime, its like catering to 2 different audiences
This show was a masterpiece… the mythological references made it even better. Just disappointed at how underrated it was and I really hope they make a third season.

Lots of other shows like Inuyasha came back so why not Magi? I hope we get more news and that it comes back
i wish Alibaba vs Hakuryuu and Hakuryuu & Judar vs Gyokuen and Arba vs Solomon becomes animated. Those are some of the most epic fights in the manga. Sad that the anime will most likely never be renewed.

LOL Alibaba never knew how to light a cigarette. It might be he's trying to smoke to look as cool as Cassim (his bestfriend who died). Plus, I just realized his djinn, Amon, is of fire element. He should have been at least fire resistant (not fire proof). And... this scene was actually not in the manga. I don't know why they changed it to Alibaba trying to smoke lol
Even if they continue the series, the climax up to the ending in the manga was so complicated and too much of a turn around that will only cause another hiatus.
I'm still waiting for them to bring a new season and complete it. This is the only time I wish anime studios could be more like money hungry Hollywood studios that shxt out sequels to basically anything that had a bit of success.

Should there be any potential fans of the "Infamous" saga in here, I want to make a crossover of sorts between this show and the original games (neutral karma version), by making some of the anime's characters part of this universe. But... Where would Alladin fit best ? I know I want his powers to include slower aging and quantic energy manipulation (or whatever it is that allows the Flash manipulate reality to a small scale, except I don't want Alladin to have super speed). But: -Should he be Kessler's child brought from the future alongside him (this would probably force me to remove the storyline in which Trish is sacrificed) ? -One of the successful human test subjects that could never be replicated, forcing Kessler to build the Ray Sphere as if it was a bomb ? He can't be a random citizen turned by the Beast, Cole's Ray Sphere or Bertrand's. His place must be something that gives him insight towards Kessler and the First Sons. P.S: Could Sinbad fit in somehow as well ? And where and when ?

I always want to recommend the show to others but the prev scenes in this show really hold me back, the art and animation is so good for a 2012 anime.
