    The houses in Bella vista waters are much better than those in close proximity to city though. Very stunning introduction anyway! Thanks

    Really like your content, how do you see the future’s prospect for the new side of Quakers Hill? Would it be benefited by the development in The Ponds?

      Chunhou, The potential of the development of the new Western Sydney Airport and the new Schofields train line already been reflected in current house prices in Quakers Hill. Definitely the property price there will rise when these developments completed. However, the change would be moderate.
      Since that area is far from the city, U should consider only if the property U found is very attractive in price AND this place is convenient to your work/study. Buying for rental purpose would be risky.

      No one single source. I read most documents from Google, NSW Transport Dept, Domain.com.au and Realestate.com.au and then build up my own version.😊

    請問Apartment單位中已接駁煤氣服務,聽聞除了使用煤氣的費用外,還要加上什麼什麼渠道費用,就算取消煤氣供應服務,也需要繼續繳交渠道費用,是正確嗎?或還有什麼不使用都要交的煤氣公司費用?有勞解答🙏

      不用煤氣便沒有其它煤氣雜費,你指的較像water account sewage fee, 除了交水費外,每戶就算唔用水每季都要交water account fee. 此外要交大廈管理費 strata fee 及 所屬地區council fee.
