  • Why Mr White? Well when I first bought her she was always "Breaking Bad"
Lets take her for a run and see if she is living up to her reputation.

Mr. White is a beautiful car and I'm a big fan of vinyl roofs! The chrome dial surrounds look awesome and the woodwork is a lovely job. Very nice work.

We had a SWB S2 for over 25 years. We replaced the 3/4" with a 1" sway bar that made a huge difference. The car cornered nice & flat & the ride was still supple & comfortable. Bought a X300 to replace the S2 as the S2 did not have air-con (It even had wind-up windows). The X300 still needs some work to it as it is still not as nice a car to drive as our old S2.

Very nice. You could make good use of a bigger garage at home!

A set of Gold V5 Simmons 16x8 and your good to go! Ironically Jaguar never ever endorsed wires on the XJ cars.

Really nice car. How many Jags have you?!

Brett, is the paint acrylic or 2pk ? Looks great. The rawness of the carb 4.2 xk is something unique today. In a way it's better than the v12 as it aimed for smoothness, but the xk is raw. The 3.4 is maybe the best of the bunch, the 3.8 a spinning lot, the 4.2 a torquey motor.

Lovely car… I was thrown a bit by the chrome gauges until you clarified the situation !
I think it suits the chrome wires too but personally not a fan of the D-type Le Mans style steering wheel with the light wood and modern looking horn push.. doesn’t match the elegance of the rest of the car IMO… oh well.
Do you still have the original interior in case you splash out on a retrim ?

Hi Brett. It could be a good vid if you did a side by dive comparison with your two “C” the v12 and straight 6

Lovely car, If you had a choice of only one jag, would you have a V12 or a 4.2?

      Without doubt the v12

      @@tjmthejagmandownunder I thought so😊
I’d like to buy an XJ12 or an XJS V12, I like both so I’m finding it hard to decide which one.
