XG does Hip Hop, R&B, Pop, and Dance. They have members that were Models, Actresses, and a Professional Snowboarder. They all speak 3 Languages, Japanese, Korean, and English. They are 7 member group currently aged 18-22.
Nice to meet you too, and welcome to the XG rabbit hole. The group had a training period of 5 years, starting in 2017 until the end of 2021. They have a hip-hop/R&B concept and are the first group to debut in the new global entertainment production XGALX, which is affiliated with Avex. The group strives to empower young people around the world with their fresh, inventive music and performance. XG is a 7 member group formed by XGALX who parent company is Avex. The members ages range from 18-22. All members are Japanese with 2 members being mixed one is Japanese Australian and the other Japanese Korean. Undefeated (collaboration with the video game Valorant: animated MV on Valorant channel but I would go with the Preformance video on XG'S channel) 11. Woke Up 12. Something ain't Right They also have series to showcase their dance, vocals and rap. The vocal series and rap showcases can be in Japanese Korean or English or a mixture of all 3 Move 1-5 is for dance Vox 1-6 is vocals which are covers or remixes of existing songs Tapes 1,2,3a,3b and 4. Tape 4 has 5 videos 4 individual ones and a group one. These are original lyrics over existing beats. The youngest member Cocona who was 16 at the time went viral for her part on Tape 2. Besides the official songs and Move, Vox and Tape series theres 2 other music to check out. The Preformance video for their 2 intros for their first mini album Hesonoo and X-Gene. The lore is that they are a pack of alien wolves. This is basically combining their fandom name ALPHAZ as in the leader of a wolf pack. The aliens comes from the fact that their label was originally called XGalaxyX which they shortened to XGALX. So they are wolves coming from a galaxy. Every video since Shooting Stars has had some reference to them being aliens either overtly or a few moments that reference it.

i know everyone is saying you should react to "Woke Up" but i personally think you should go in order of release but including the Tapes and Vox and Move videos chronologically. i think it would show you their growth progressively. personally, i think if you start out with Woke Up will leave you wanting more than they have in their discography. i think the appreciation is also increased when you watch their journey in order.
