I think if everyone is going to be playing the best deck like you said, you're not gonna play a mirror match very often. Also, if TY-Phon is bouncing a Detonator, the Ryzeal player probably fucked up because they can just negate with the field spell.

I've been playing Swordsoul since the deck came out to thhis day and I think I will give this deck a try. It's an entirely different deck that has a different playstyle but I think it will be worth trying it out. :)

I’m interested in trying your build! Been playing the allure and honestly it does feel a little meh at times. Only issue i have with cynet is that I do play shifter and thats a card that won’t change for me lol. How does code of soul feel for you? Does it feel necessary if youre playing the protectcode?
@@lilpotato9985 code of soul is great extender and kinda protection going into the opponents turn. Protectcode is great. Being about to banish a maliss and SS it back out and also get the maliss interaction is very underrated

I like playing 2 Parallel Exceed so if they Lancea you and you open any Cyberse + Parallel you can at least make it to a Terahertz anyway. - Any cyberse into Link Decoder - Summon Parallel x2 - Link into I:P - I:P + Decoder into Transcode - Decoder summon back - Transcode summon back I:P - Link all into Terahertz Its at least something

Winter cherries is cool but why not play ultimate slayer to counter ryzeal instead? Ultimate slayer in malice is pretty good with terahertz because you're already playing mereologic aggregator with terahertz and you have devesuwurm to counter fusion decks, a bunch of links for link decks, and you could side something like golden cloud beast to cover synchro. Ryzeal is pretty weak against board breakers anyways cus they don't do a whole lot so whether or not you're stopping them on their turn or yours doesn't matter all that much. I feel like there's a lower likelihood of them having something to negate ultimate slayer compared to winter cherries or just pivoting into something else after you banish detonator. A lot of Ryzeal decks have been playing 3 thrust 3 trap trick and 3 feather storm post side (very fun I know) so winter cherries can be pretty risky to activate against them.
From my play testing, I felt like mereologic didn’t help as much as I thought it would. Cherries from my testing has been a blow out. I haven’t experienced a player use feather storm on me yet lol
@@pandanpapi pray you don't then. It's honestly incredibly toxic but I don't know how common it is. You might want to consider siding a fiendsmith sequence for winter cherries too. Bologna was pretty weird so idk if people are still sticking with midrange/more control oriented variation of fiendsmith like kash. Imo, Ryzeal and malice aren't going to be as dominant in TCG as it is in OCG. Ryzeal is still playing without seventh tachyon for a bit which is a very noticeable difference, and in OCG a lot of interruptions from malice has been coming from Apollousa. Their end boards are still good without it but yknow how much of a difference Apollousa can make... also, snake eye and yubel have a few more noticeable hits in ocg that pushes them out of relevance whereas they're almost still at full power here.

Can you explain why only 3 bystials? Like I understand why OCG did it. All of the good bystials are limited over there. But what’s the reason to do the same in the TCG? I’m sure OCG would max out on the bystial package if they could.
@@isaacsamuel6035 Bystials are mainly extrenders for me. 3 is number I’m comfortable with bc I don’t want to dead draw them. They also aren’t that great against the current and upcoming meta. Combining the Bystial with the foolish burial or a maliss discard off Cynet mining can extend your plays without contributing to dead draws
@@pandanpapi then wouldn’t you want to play more? You have 4 ways to get Maliss monsters directly to GY, why not have more ways to bystial them? I’m not playing bystials as a way to beat my opponent but a way to make sure I have plays on their turn. Druis also being an out to detonator and even stuff like Gryphon or bagooska is nice.
@@isaacsamuel6035 in my early builds of the deck, I was playing regained with the lubellions but it conflicted with the Dominus impulse I’m choosing to play. If I’m going second, I would get stuck with Lubellion in hand after using impulse.
@@galaxysam5753 my issue with that is, most of the time, I crossout the lancea and I get hit with charmies, nibiru or ash blossoms. If I can side accordingly, I rather just get hit with lancea then use my handtraps to stop their turn, then play on my turn
@pandanpapi ash/droll the charmies , play anti nib lines it’s doable , called by the ash . You can play through one ash at least but lancea is literally a turn pass . You can’t play
@ there are lines under lancea. I’m not playing them though. If we’re going into game 2 and they shotgun Lancea. My normal plan of action is set up an SP backed up with bystials, hand traps, and d barrier through thrust or hard drawing (if playing against a deck that it affects)

im very excited for the new accode talker ignister since he is easy to summon in Malice with Code of Soul and gets them a omni negate for free

Be prepared for a ton of poor advice from people who’ve been there thinking they know everything.
I would honestly recommend doing your own research from OCG and trends.
Also do a lot of playtesting and theory crafting to fit your playstyle

Usually end on SP with hand traps and thrust search d barrier (if the deck loses to it)
