@@Novasigmia I get why you wouldn't, especially for the Lego Marvel 1 customization, it was kinda terrible. The customizer in Lego Marvel 2 is pretty great tho. Pretty buggy, but you can make some neat stuff with it
Now there needs to be combination of both for the next Lego Marvel or DC videogame. This way, you can have three layers of abilities like in "Lego Marvel Superheroes 2", and have the same color customization from "Lego DC Super-Villains". Such a dick move that they took it out of Skywalker Saga. The customizer has been undeniably everyone's favorite feature in these games. They gave us the worst customizer in Lego Movie 2, and instead of fixing it with Skywalker Saga, they just decide to take it out altogether? Not cool.
I like DC Villains' customizations better, alot of color options you can actually use while making characters. All the other ones never had that hardly.
its impressive how much good the character creation got each game, mostly dc super villains, imagine this level of customization in a single player like dc universe, would be awesome.
I think that the most necessary thing is the size of the characters, making characters with the model of pieces like those of the Hulk or Thanos would be very good.
They tried it, and the options were so bad it wasn't even a feature worth using. They have yet to figure out a way to implement it properly so there's actually options. You saw what it was before, it was just color swapping with Hulk and Thing
There was also Lego Star Wars II for DS. Given the limitations of the system, you could choose head, hat, torso, and legs. But unlike other systems, there were astromech heads (R2 and R4), other alien heads, Force Ghost parts, short legs... You could wear a hat with the alien heads like Chewbacca or the Bith musicians... And the neat thing? If you used a specific pair of legs, it'd change the animations up. So using C-3PO's legs would make your character walk like a protocol droid. At least, until you pulled your weapon out. Edit: It would be nice if, in Skywalker Saga, they carry over the ability to change each limb individually, like what was introduced in Marvel 2. And maybe even add in extra pieces for additional customization, even if there aren't any characters that use them. Bonus points if there's the option to dual wield lightsabers, or use a saberstaff of any color.
