      Love it! I agree - I think I'd enjoy the challenge at this next level and a perfect motel size would be around the $2-3mil mark with 15 - 30 rooms depending on the location. Would at least be fun to document for the youtube channel! haha

    Hi Luke, what are your thoughts on serviced apartments for long term business stays? Looks like they charge out reasonably high rent and have quality renters (ie usually booked through companies)

      I like the idea but would be wary of the operating costs eating into the net profit. This would need to be looked at, on a deal by deal basis and to see if you could reduce/manage these servicing costs
