Actually this cream has sodium hyaluronate which does attract water and moisture but u got to lock it with some drops of oil over it. Also apply it on wet skin(not just damp skin). It is the same problem with any moisturiser with hyaluronic acid in it.
Can I lock it with sunscreen instead of oil?
I really liked this product. I bought it second time as it hydrated my skin so well without being oily on the t zone.

glowing wala Moisturizer dry skin k liye mujhe abhi tak koi achha mila nahi. waise dry skin k liye dusre achhe moisturizer hai bioderma atoderm cream, moskina cream, dot and key ceramides cream.
