this one is too modern. It's all about taste. I prefer Jon's crib. They made the interior so nice. It's modern on the inside and cosy at the same time. This house would make me depressed of how futuristic it looks.
i got exactly the same feeling jons house feels warmer and cosier.

Hey Jon, I really enjoyed this one. Even though you didn't do many "extreme" stuff it felt down to earth and gave a good feeling, especially the part when you and Janni were just hanging out at the pool. It felt 100% real and honest!

Says the guy using google on a PC or smartphone with 100's of other apps, who probably has a credit card and buys stuff on amazon etc. Privacy does not exist unless you live in the woods with no tech. Amazon knows more about you than you do.. (all those are assumptions of course, you could be using a net cafe pc, that you paid for with cash and covered your face when you entered and left and made a fake account just to post)

No underwater speakers are cool and sound travels 4 times faster underwater so your ears all get the sound at the same time, true surround sound a must in the pool

Tbh, I feel that this villa looks way more nicer and bigger than Jon's current villa!! Terrace for each bedroom on the 2nd floor and waking up to a marvelous view?! Damn, if only I have the money, i would totally buy it!!

My head is always full of ideas, optimism, creativity and positive energy during and after these endeavors. Your approach seems to mirror mine. To actually "see yourself in the property or not" and be real, explore all of it. Not just cursory walk-throughs. What do I love? What do I like? What would I have to change? Great stuff.

Spain needs to start pushing these massive houses to have solar installed at time of construction to offset their large footprint.
Yeah. For example, in Italy you get tax deduction if you install a solar power system. (or any sistem that improves the energy efficiency of your house)

That's the colour blue tiles I said you guys should choose for your pool ... it looks clear, crisp and more tropical sea blue, as opposed to a tropical green forest plunge pool.
I'm a sea person, not a forest person so it's personal preference.
