It wasn’t really that impulsive. Pretty calculated when you think about it. Thor is one of the most powerful beings in the universe. If Odin can’t control him, then at best he’s a drunken, destructive liability. At worst he’s a dangerous threat. Best to just take him out now while he’s weak and his guard is down. Killing Brok was an impulsive move though
It's incredible how good the writing and the characters, and the actors that portrayed them and the animations, are in this game. There are so many subtle hints about their emotions, about their thoughts even in their tone, in their eyes, even though it is animated, not live action. Did you notice how freakin' false is Odin, even when faced with complete failure? Even in the moment he *knows* Atreus will not believe him, he still lies, and when confronted with his own mistake, mistake he made himself, he still tries to defend himself with another lie. "It wasn't my choice. I had no choice" Oh, but it was. And he *knew* that, even before Atreus spoke. Odin manipulated you💀
3:39 that is the walk when you know no one can hurt you.
It's never going to stop being hype and hilarious in equal parts that during that final beatdown, Freya damn near threw a teenager at her ex.
3:45 "you should have gone for the head"
ODIN in this game is a great depiction of sorcerers all those fucking spells dude
Psychologist: Lore accurate Kratos isn’t real he can’t hurt you.
Lore accurate Kratos:
I like how Kratos trusted Atreus with whatever decision he made at the end, wear the mask or don't wear the mask.
2:23 So No One Gonna Talk About This Scary Scream Of Odin's ?
A crow
Finally some actual GMGoW fights. Tired of seeing people post story mode fights. Just beat Hrolf on GMGoW. Man what a challenge
That asswhoopin trifecta was @#$ken madness. And then Atreus starts spitting a verse so fire Odin vomits his soul into the air!
Dammit broooo ..
too good to be true .. love ur contents
RUclips has gotten people scared of even keeping swearing in game cutscenes now. Love the video regardless
…. That scream and his expressionless attempt to look mad crack me up XD
*three against one eh?*
_DON'T FORGE ME _*_ALL-FUCKER_*
holy shit mimir totally all out 😂🔥
I thought the Odin fight was really not that difficult, but a very well made fight anyway. Lots of spells, area of effect attacks, and only melees when you're in range. Multiphase too, with defensive spells, unstoppable attacks and evasive maneuvers. But running out of tricks at the end. Mimir getting a zinger in too was nice.
It is pretty badass how Odin fearlessly stands against three opponents, one of whom is fucking Kratos.
Ngl, I really thought they'd throw in a little scene of Kratos losing his cool while Rage of Sparda's playing.
Still tho, truly a step-up from the previous game, although why they thought scrapping most of the bare-handed combos and moves ks beyond me
insane gameplay and great combo brother
Amazing Can you also share Atreus and Freya build ?
@2:22 when kratos does spartan rage and odins attack blows kratos back just shows u how strong odin is dope ass game
Wht?
Don’t matter if it’s a cut scene can y’all not see that shit Lmaooooo fkin goofballs
@universaladdict it doesn’t matter it’s in the game n do u remember when baldur mention Atreus and kratos got mad and took a tree and pushed balder through his house n then u were able to fight n control kratos that’s definitely a cutscene
I like how they have some references to old gow games like kratos able to slow time for a while and his spear kinda resembles the spear in gow gos except the exploding part
I like how The prophecy from GOW 4 become true only instead of being Kratos dying on Atreus hands is Odin.
i love the cuts for the insults, but there's still blood every where ksdjsdksld
Loved the fight... The best fights everrrr.. thank uu soo much.. made my days
that's what fighting a god looks like
i still believe kratos was holding back at the end the past 2 games was him teaching others to control what anger they had and had to me an example of what that change looks like
Dont forget me All-fucker= best line in the game 😂😂😂😂 this is why mimir is my favorite. With just his head he reminds me of a small ankle biting dog
People don't get Freyr's sacrifice and I've seen so many people comment about it. If he did not stop Surtr's sword there, everything is going to more or less explode. He's destroying the entire plant the are on, literally cutting it in half.
A plant I thought asgard was part of a land on 🌎
Missed opportunity to have him look like the concept art at least at the end of the game... it looked so much cooler
13:09-13:28 Sindri deserved to be the one to end it
' Don't forget me, All-Fucker " 8:35, I love Mimir so much
Mimir:don't forget me all fucker!
Odin:what did you call me?
It still blows my mind that out of all the people they could've chosen to play Odin, they picked Toby from "The West Wing".
7:35 old man scream lovely
If zeus and odin where to fight we all know who would win just by looking at this fight
Who
@@salwalmad 🗿
Zues wins low diff
@@RamizMFA no zues will lose odin knows time freeze spells and shit odin can easily banish him anyways it would be a tie if odin were not to use his time freeze lol
@@Theboredgod you know zeus can teleport and fast as lighting right, time freeze doesnt matter to him
I love how the Norse God of War got bopped by the Greek God of War, The Vanir Goddess of Springtime and love, and the combo being of the God of Trickery and Mischief and champion of the Giants. In my eyes this should have been the equivalent of the fight back meme.😂
When Odin said “so be it “ it gave me
Big emperor palpatine vibes .
We can agree that Odin is a bigger bastard that Zeus xD
Wonder why Thor suddenly disintegrated. None of the other gods did that. Perhaps Odins magic did that?
you are best player i am sea you are best the best
Am waiting for someone to replace Odin's scream with the augh meme sound affect
8:30 they really jumped him and are talking smack lol
I ended up dying at this part but it was worth I couldn't stop laughing.
