If management by their own stock at the top of the market do you have to question the other investors to have made and how they arrived at a buy decision
Me personally or the textbook? SBC isn’t actual cash so technically you do not subtract it rather you’d increase the number of shares outstanding in the future. I like subtracting it so I don’t have to guess as shares issued in the future, I think it’s cleaner this way.
