    Thank u for this pod cast. I couldn’t sleep and as a result I picked up this very clear information. I think I need a separate note book for this. Blessings Dr Leaf.

    Thank you so much! I've been struggling with sleep for years and it's only recently that my sleeping patterns are starting to become grounded. I'll definitely try these tips. I have found prayer, meditation and aromatherapy to be effective.

    Thank you! I also tried everything in the way of sleep hygiene, but didn't work much. This is what I needed. Looking forward to applying your tips. One thing: could you post short notes with the podcast. I listened to it in the car, but could obviously not make notes. I would rather listen to more of your podcasts rather than having to try listen to it twice and make notes.
