it may look slow in the video but the input for rotational power wasnt actually where it wiuld be. big to small will result in speed, but the guy rotates the mech by the small gear not the big gear. resulting in a seemingly slower mech. sry im a paragraph writer for these things 😂
I don’t think the any motors were on yet. It could have friction but you also have to keep in mind that to spin that many hs shafts and with the slop adding up from all the chains it could seem harder than it is for a motor to run it then by hand.

you might want to triangle brace ur c channels for extra rigidity but everything else looks dope
id probably switch the ratio so the flex wheels get more torque and the belt gets more speed

one problem with this design is that it can get jammed
if its built well, that isnt really a problem
