I think you are wrong. Prisoner 99 is the best, as he is the best base rusher. I deafeted a 13 level player with prisoner and the meta(the saw trick ) worked on the new map. Try again. And I think , all legendary players would agree. Like, if you agree and I would say how to do the trick on the new map.
