I own 2 of the Denon’s for over a year and here are my thoughts. The speaker has great sound but comes with some major drawbacks. The buttons are extremely hard to press and the BT connection is spotty at best. I bought two of them so I could pair them and use them in stereo, half the time they won’t pair and when they do the connection doesn’t stay stable. Probably, the biggest drawback is when not in use the battery drains on it’s own. I would really like to recommend them but I can’t because of these issues.

Besides the battery self discharge issue I could add that the speakers' volume needs to be at max, that way it has more bass but also background hiss if phone vol is low, wish I could disable the turn on tones, because the (single) passive radiator is at the back it vibrates quite a bit and the bass kinda gets lost in the back, the 3D effect is a bit too much sometimes, price a bit high for what it is.. maybe I'm just picky

a little bit more bass on denon, but higher mids on charge 4, but i choose bass so denon wins for me
