It’s very clear the body language with Jk and Tae is completely different whether friendship or more it’s a relationship of trust. Support and respect and having each other’s back you just don’t see it with the other members Jk came alive as soon as tae was there his. eyes just shine when he is around
The first two episodes are really boring to watch because its feel like there is no connection between jk and jimin.Jimin trying very hard to make the show fun but ended up being awkward.And the only time jk naturally being happy is when he called tae.But i can surely say that the 3rd episode is more fun to watch.Because we don't feel awkward or annoyed watching them.The conversations and small gesters between taekook is very natural and jk and jimin also being natural in this episode.And if you noticed that jk never said he misses his members in this episode because the member he missed is next to him 'our tae tae'❤. It was really lovely to see all of them having fun. The first two episodes were weird. There was no connection, no real fun and even the conversations made no sense. It was lovely to see Tae with them. Not only Taekook together, but I do believe, unlike some fans, that PJM and Tae have such affection for each other. They all seemed so much at easy with Tae there, like he brings the best out of them. He’s the link between Jungkookie and PJM. It was a great episode.
Yes, it's clear that JM is closer to Tae than to JK. Not that they're not friends, but from the conversation in the car, it was clear that Tae and JM, even if they didn't see each other, were in regular touch. JM attended one of V's events and co-hosted V's fanmeet. I don't recall JM attending anything for JK. And the travel vlog really seemed company mandated. And yes, JK was practically glowing once his Taehyungie hyung was there. Just like the only time he looked really happy in the first two episodes was when he called Tae.
I think USA was new for them and jimin was sick. I think jeju is part of South Korea so they know more stuff to do most of them always go there with their family for vacation

Dude this episode alone made me forget this show was for JK and jimin, my taekook heart exploded!! There were cute moments with jimin too like when he made the wrap and chased down v to eat it and even lost his shoes were so cute!! Tbh the maknae line just hits different when they are all together but I can't help but notice the difference when taekook gets in their own world. 😊
You have to be wilfully blind not to see that Tae and JK are a couple. They naturally gravitate towards each other. They communicate without speaking. They support each other in everything and you can see that Tae's trust in his Jungkookie is absolute. If JK says that Tae will be okay, Tae absolutely believes him. And the way they look at each other with so much love. Any of us should be so lucky to love and be loved like that in return. Poor Jimin was clearly the third wheel; however, a well loved third wheel. But he knew better than to get between these two. Though it also looked like he still wasn't feeling all that great and was happy to just be a bystander.
I know the members love each other, that's a fact. Yet, in the first 2 episodes, JK & JM act like annoyed siblings who have to spend time together, lmao, and now in ep 3 we can see how TH changes the energy. This show would have been better with TH there since the beginning but alas, TH had a lot of commitments at that time. By the way, in ep 2, JM was eating the take out from Walmart, bit a morsel and then put the food in front of JK, as if asking him to bite it too. JK didn't budge, he didn't accept it. And here with TH ☺ JK happily accepts to be hand-fed 🥰
It would have been wise for Jk not to eat anything jm had been eating as the virus jm had may have caused jk to come down with it too. Even in the episode today when V shared his juice with jm who was still not well 😷. But anyway all is well with our two youngest 💜💚💜💚
it had nothing to do with tae having commitments. the show was jimin's idea for him to be exclusively with jk for an entire series of travel shows. that was the plan
Great analysis as always, Bahare! I also think they had planned that Tae joined the Jeju part of the trip but didn't tell the staff until they were there or shortly before arriving. I didn't notice how many cuts they made until you pointed them out, but we know the company does that with Taekook the most. Finally, JK was obviously happier on this episode. They certainly are each other's happiness. The cuddling moment will live rent-free in my mind forever. 💚💜

Oh my heart. I am a taekook girlie but I love love vminkook.😍🥰 The trio is awesome and so fun to watch. I also noticed how jk became happier, more interactive and grinning from ear to ear and it’s evident that it’s because taehyung was there. I also noticed that he wasn’t even on his phone, chatting or doing anything like before. He tends to be on his phone less whenever he’s with tae unlike when tae is not around. Never let it be said that BTS bond isn't the realest relationship the world has ever seen. That said, Taehyung is the indisputable glue of the maknae line. Who pulled an extremely shy Jungkook out of his shell? If Taehyung didn't work his magic - and this does not discredit what the other hyungs have done for Jungkook's growth - I seriously doubt Jimin and Jungkook would have anything close to the bond they have now. Who insisted that Jimin should/must be in the team? The reason why vmin soulmatism is a thing is because Taehyung has always been vocal about Jimin's place in BTS. Taehyung is truly a miracle worker. I will never like BH for souring taekook and vmin relationships while making Jimin and Jungkook awkward. IMO, the pain dealt to them isn't worth the "protection". Separating and creating a fs ship is hurting everyone. I really loved this episode. I agree that the first two episodes felt exploratory as I think JK and Jimin were trying to figure out how to make the show fun, but the fun-ness came naturally when the entire Maknae line was together. I was especially happy to see that the Jeju episode got made into 2 episodes 😁!
Great job Bahare, it was an enjoyable episode. It as nice to see Jimin and Tae with a light and easy friendship. I felt it was a shame Jimin felt unwell again. He also seemed lonely. It’s easy to imagine that being around JK and Tae’s bond would make you feel lonely

Just think, after this Taehyung was really jumping from high places. Even coming down a wall head first. It is a shame that JungKook was not able to go into the same thing Taehyung went in. That is what JungKook would really be great at...But over all JungKook is doing great where he is in the military. In this episode jungkook is very visible how happy he is.. on the last 2 episodes he was just bored and just did the show for the sake only.. but in this episode it feels like it was their moments.. taekook.. ❤❤❤
My heart is full seeing this. This episode is definitely eventful and they are having fun. I also think, Tae was first intimidated and felt sick of cameras and staff looming around them. Then he got comfortable with the familiar vibe with Jungkook and Jimin.
You notice that JK didn't say he missed his members in that episode. With an episode we have seen and a trailer for the snow episode, JK said that he missed his members. All three of them seemed really happy and I wouldn't doubt that 90% of it was cut like in the Soop hehe. Jimin chasing after Tae with the food was adorable. I think this episode brought us so much joy 1 because we love Vmin together. Their friendship is something I wish I had and its so adorable. 2 All the sweet, funny and adorable moments of Tae and JK that we missed so much.
It saddens me that Big Hit is so scared and callous that they didn't make this a vminkook show. Just because they didn't want to have Taekook in an uneditable clip for longer than 5 seconds. I think they all had more fun when they were together, and the show looked much brighter. I mean, a show with just the Maknae line, aka the most popular members of BTS with occasional guests being their friends, is such a great sell, but they didn't capitalize on it. It seems like such a waste, but maybe that's just me. Then they painted Tae in a somewhat bad light as if he intruded on their trip, which is very dishonest. Whether it was a joke or not, tensions are still in ARMY as people start to dislike Tae more for whatever reason, so those faulty translations could easily make Jikookers or Tae-antis come after him again. It was very irresponsible to do that. :/
Agree with you, the way they pitched this show has exacerbated the worst divisions in the fandom. Perhaps the whole goal of the show is to let jokers down easily and permanently sink that ship but if so, why pitch it like a bromance in the first place and get them so excited
It was irresponsible and also very disingenuous. But what more to expect from the company? And to make matters worse is the literal butchering of TK's moments, so we don't have authentic moments of the two. But all in all, we're just grateful Tae was featured and for the content we have so far
That's exactly the scenario bgshit wanted to create for jikookers and haters and antis. However, it backfires on the company because people world over are seeing it for what it truly is. And before long, will have itself to blame. You can't have control of the young men especially Tae & Jk forever. As for the negatives, they too will become aware of all the lies and misrepresentations they have been fed all these while and effect a change in their attitude. One-day before long!!!
Them being separated in the military is more than likely for their own protection. They would literally be focused on one another and may experience some mistreatment from their comrades.
I'm so appreciative that they chose to give us a "mini travel docu-series" with the limited time that had left before enlistment. The beginning episodes were shot in July 2023, and the 3rd was in September 2023. These guys were jumping on and off planes promoting their solo projects as well creating music/MV. I love the bond between VMIN as well as TaeKook. With Jimin being ill, I think it helped out with Tae being a guest. The staff were able to obtain some good footage for the show, while allowing JM to quietly recover in the background from his stomach ailment. I'm truly enjoying it each week. 💜💞🥰🇺🇲
This ep gave me life. But I do feel sorry that Jimin is always the gooseberry (third wheel, odd man out etc) with those two. Apparently that dynamic will never change. As an aside, I'm still always amazed at how beautiful Tae is, even without make up. Who could ever resist him? Otherworldly and yet totally human at the same time. But i have this feeling that his beauty will be changed when he leaves the military.

The way the scandal press and antis have gone after sweet Suga this past week has me terrified of what would happen if Taekook were to come out. (if they are indeed a couple.) We Taekookers will ALWAYS have their backs, as well as the other precious members, but what they’d face makes me cry. I know Jungkook has said the lyrics of his solo hits aren’t as important to him, but from the 1st time I saw the Usher video I’ve felt it was his promise to his love. When his friend in the backup dancers makes the “i love you” and finger heart sign as the mic is coming down and Jungkook looks at him, to me that was as much a clue as Taehyung’s “FRI(ENDS)” was.
I'm glad you mentioned this. Whenever I see people urging them to come out or hating hybe for hiding them it's really annoying. People are so invested in proving their ship real they don't care what it might mean for the idols having to live in that situation. Suga fell off a scooter on a side walk and had to deal with all that. Can you imagine....just imagine. I can't hate hybe for hiding them or urge them to come out. Everything has to be their decision.

This episode made me so happy and is one I can’t stop watching. I 💜💚 TK and am a Taekook believer. However, I think Tae and Jimin also have an amazing bond and friendship (soulmates) that is so unique and special-one I wish I had in my life. Vminkook together just makes me smile because they represent relationships I wish I could,have- a best friend who is comfortable and happy with the person I love the most. These 3 obviously care for each other in different ways. I don’t think anyone can call themselves ARMY unless they support and love all (7) of them in any subunit they form. I can’t wait to watch the next episode!

It's very important to note that BOTH jungkook and jimin had more fun with tae than with each other. We all know Hybe is obsessed with jimin - jungkook pair and barely pair tae - jimin despite everyone in the fandom know they are BFF. The atmosphere is so different between ep 1 - 2 and this one. Without prepared fanservices and choreo, imo it's obvious that jimin and jungkook just doesn't really have the needed chemistry their company might hope while making this show. I'm sure unless you're hardcore jokers, you will notice it, esp in later eps without tae. This also makes me wonder if this was one of reasons Hybe let tae to join the show (and show us taekook moments). Remember this is paid show in Disney not weverse so more expenses for Hybe side.

I didn't notice how many cuts they made until you pointed them out, but we know the company does that with Taekook the most. Finally, JK was obviously happier on this episode. They certainly are each other's happiness. The cuddling moment will live rent-free in my mind forever. 💚💜

That said, Taehyung is the indisputable glue of the maknae line. Who pulled an extremely shy Jungkook out of his shell? If Taehyung didn't work his magic - and this does not discredit what the other hyungs have done for Jungkook's growth - I seriously doubt Jimin and Jungkook would have anything close to the bond they have now. Who insisted that Jimin should/must be in the team? The reason why vmin soulmatism is a thing is because Taehyung has always been vocal about Jimin's place in BTS. Taehyung is truly a miracle worker.
I will never like BH for souring taekook and vmin relationships while making Jimin and Jungkook awkward. IMO, the pain dealt to them isn't worth the "protection". Separating and creating a fs ship is hurting everyone. I hope taekook will flourish and feel comfortable coming out someday, and I pray nothing will come between Jimin and Taehyung because of other's stupid shenanigans.
I really loved this episode. I agree that the first two episodes felt exploratory as I think JK and Jimin were trying to figure out how to make the show fun, but the fun-ness came naturally when the entire Maknae line was together. I was especially happy to see that the Jeju episode got made into 2 episodes 😁!
Great job Bahare, it was an enjoyable episode. It as nice to see Jimin and Tae with a light and easy friendship. I felt it was a shame Jimin felt unwell again. He also seemed lonely. It’s easy to imagine that being around JK and Tae’s bond would make you feel lonely

You notice that JK didn't say he missed his members in that episode. With an episode we have seen and a trailer for the snow episode, JK said that he missed his members. All three of them seemed really happy and I wouldn't doubt that 90% of it was cut like in the Soop hehe. Jimin chasing after Tae with the food was adorable. I think this episode brought us so much joy 1 because we love Vmin together. Their friendship is something I wish I had and its so adorable. 2 All the sweet, funny and adorable moments of Tae and JK that we missed so much.

It saddens me that Big Hit is so scared and callous that they didn't make this a vminkook show. Just because they didn't want to have Taekook in an uneditable clip for longer than 5 seconds. I think they all had more fun when they were together, and the show looked much brighter. I mean, a show with just the Maknae line, aka the most popular members of BTS with occasional guests being their friends, is such a great sell, but they didn't capitalize on it. It seems like such a waste, but maybe that's just me. Then they painted Tae in a somewhat bad light as if he intruded on their trip, which is very dishonest. Whether it was a joke or not, tensions are still in ARMY as people start to dislike Tae more for whatever reason, so those faulty translations could easily make Jikookers or Tae-antis come after him again. It was very irresponsible to do that. :/
Agree with you, the way they pitched this show has exacerbated the worst divisions in the fandom. Perhaps the whole goal of the show is to let jokers down easily and permanently sink that ship but if so, why pitch it like a bromance in the first place and get them so excited

And before long, will have itself to blame. You can't have control of the young men especially Tae & Jk forever. Them being separated in the military is more than likely for their own protection. They would literally be focused on one another and may experience some mistreatment from their comrades.

I'm so appreciative that they chose to give us a "mini travel docu-series" with the limited time that had left before enlistment. The beginning episodes were shot in July 2023, and the 3rd was in September 2023.
These guys were jumping on and off planes promoting their solo projects as well creating music/MV.
I love the bond between VMIN as well as TaeKook. With Jimin being ill, I think it helped out with Tae being a guest.
The staff were able to obtain some good footage for the show, while allowing JM to quietly recover in the background from his stomach ailment. I'm truly enjoying it each week. 💜💞🥰🇺🇲

This ep gave me life. But I do feel sorry that Jimin is always the gooseberry (third wheel, odd man out etc) with those two. Apparently that dynamic will never change. As an aside, I'm still always amazed at how beautiful Tae is, even without make up. Who could ever resist him? Otherworldly and yet totally human at the same time. But i have this feeling that his beauty will be changed when he leaves the military.

The way the scandal press and antis have gone after sweet Suga this past week has me terrified of what would happen if Taekook were to come out. (if they are indeed a couple.) We Taekookers will ALWAYS have their backs, as well as the other precious members, but what they’d face makes me cry.
I know Jungkook has said the lyrics of his solo hits aren’t as important to him, but from the 1st time I saw the Usher video I’ve felt it was his promise to his love. When his friend in the backup dancers makes the “i love you” and finger heart sign as the mic is coming down and Jungkook looks at him, to me that was as much a clue as Taehyung’s “FRI(ENDS)” was.
I'm glad you mentioned this. Whenever I see people urging them to come out or hating hybe for hiding them it's really annoying. People are so invested in proving their ship real they don't care what it might mean for the idols having to live in that situation. Suga fell off a scooter on a side walk and had to deal with all that. Can you imagine....just imagine. I can't hate hybe for hiding them or urge them to come out. Everything has to be their decision.

This episode made me so happy and is one I can’t stop watching. I 💜💚 TK and am a Taekook believer. However, I think Tae and Jimin also have an amazing bond and friendship (soulmates) that is so unique and special-one I wish I had in my life. Vminkook together just makes me smile because they represent relationships I wish I could,have- a best friend who is comfortable and happy with the person I love the most. These 3 obviously care for each other in different ways. I don’t think anyone can call themselves ARMY unless they support and love all (7) of them in any subunit they form. I can’t wait to watch the next episode!

It's very important to note that BOTH jungkook and jimin had more fun with tae than with each other. We all know Hybe is obsessed with jimin - jungkook pair and barely pair tae - jimin despite everyone in the fandom know they are BFF. The atmosphere is so different between ep 1 - 2 and this one. Without prepared fanservices and choreo, imo it's obvious that jimin and jungkook just doesn't really have the needed chemistry their company might hope while making this show. I'm sure unless you're hardcore jokers, you will notice it, esp in later eps without tae.
This also makes me wonder if this was one of reasons Hybe let tae to join the show (and show us taekook moments). Remember this is paid show in Disney not weverse so more expenses for Hybe side.
