I think it's safe to say that this is the worst and one of the most expensive builds I've ever seen. The helmet alone is probably worth at least 100 ex (or it would be, if Winter Orb didn't get gutted.)
Even the Headhunter I vaaled wasn't able to rescue this build, because Headhunter kind of requires killing rares in a timely manner, which this build can't do.
On stream, we determined that the build was T11-viable, but not T12-viable. Even then, it's very touch-and-go depending on the map mods. If I removed the restriction on triggered skills, it could just be a Poet's Pen build, so everything would be trivialized anyway.
I crafted everything myself, except the Mark of the Elder, Eternity Shroud, and the Shaper's Touch.
The bow I crafted in 1 essence (+2 cold gems, for a CoC Ice Spear build.) No joke.
The Shaped Fractal Thoughts took about 1000c in Perfect fossils to hit 30% quality (lol), ~5 Enchanted fossils to hit the enchant (RIP Empyrian), and ~1500 Chance/Scours, and it rolled 1% off perfect.
I chanced the Hyrri's Bite in about 50 Chance/Scours, did the prophecy, and Divined it a few times.
The Shaped Pyre took roughly 8 Exalts in Chance/Scour to hit, and I made 6 Shaped Dream Fragments before I hit it.
The Cyclopean Coil is the same one from the Quackening video.
The boots I chaos spammed, crafted the resist, and slammed the +10 ES/EV (trying to hit life). They're not worth much. Ideally they would have Dex, but I have uncapped resists as it is.
The Amulet I chaos spammed for the prefixes (something like 3000c,) crafted Prefixes Cannot Be Changed, and used the Beastcraft for "Removes one Prefix, adds 1 Suffix" because that's only ~10c instead of 1 ex to slam a Suffix, and Scoured it if I didn't hit 2 good suffixes (which leaves only the prefixes. Using a Chaos Orb does modify the prefixes, though. Don't do that like I did and waste 2 ex.)
I was hoping to hit +35 all attributes, +58 dex (essence-only), 12% increased attributes, 1% increased Damage per 15 Dexterity, and 50% increased Elemental Damage with Attacks. That would be a mirror-worthy amulet, for sure, but I didn't hit it.

I was playing max hp regen tank this league. You managed to create a build that killed bosses slower then him. My build had 0 damage increase and 0 attack speed increase. HOW DO U DO DAT!?

Downvoted because all else comes 2nd to league start. Day 1 of Nemesis, my pops was in the hospital, died. I dropped 3 exalts that first day. Me being there wouldn't have changed anything, but me not being there gave me a massive jumpstart.
Makes joke default attack, still completes content I've never seen. :(
With the exception of Atziri, the other bosses aren't easy to find as they're hidden within the depths of the mines from Delve League.
MEH.. i wouldnt worry about that.. those bosses were probably 5 hour fights with that default attack lol
Worst part is, he talks about the build being utter meme-garbage.
Still has better gear (like dmg and sustain) than I could ever dream of. The fights he shows here still only take a few minutes, I'm used to carefully kiting for actual hours non-stop to barely bring 1 low-tier boss down. #uncapped ressistences #no ressistences #negative capped ressistences OR #ressistences capped but only 1-5k dps all skills combined.
The game is cruel without extra stash tabs, trading and meta-whoring. It's not even a fair war of attrition when each random spark poses a one shot threat OR the boss casually outsustains my all in.

@@reviewreaper8508 Like Whispyr said, that sounds like a problem on your part, a very big one at that. No stash tabs, meta crafting or trading are needed to get almost any build (that doesnt rely on mandatory uniques obv.) at least into yellow tier maps.
Even just purely going for res on rare gear with no dmge except for weapon(s) and just having a 4 link whilst not being specced into spell dmg when you're an atk dmg build will give you way more than 1-5k dps
What do you mean linking gems? I've just been using Heavy Strike till the end of the game in ACT III, Dominus final boss...

@@kami_fps i find it a bit funny how many poe players complain/point out hand related injuries when there's so many other games that rely on repetitive clicking much more or at least at similar level, where the players don't seem to care nearly as much, mainly rhythm, race games, but even competitive shooters, mobas or strategy games can be a bit heavy on your hands

My dark souls 1 Dex/Int character begs to differ, that thing turns DS1 into PoE haha. Want to kill O/S in only a few mouse clicks? Want to kill Artorius in 3/4 attacks? Manus in a few more? Then this is the build for you!

Fire Trap
Now deals 11 to 17 Fire Damage at gem level 1 (from 10 to 15), up to 644 to 966 at gem level 20 (from 575 to 862).
Now deals 32.5 base Fire Damage per second at gem level 1 (from 29), up to 1832.8 at gem level 20 (from 1635.4).
Now deals 4 to 5 added Fire Damage against burning enemies at gem level 1 (from 3 to 5), up to 201 to 302 at gem level 20 (from 180 to 269).
Now gains additional radius as the gem levels, up to +8 at gem level 20 (from +6).

Honestly, seems more fun than POE's current state...The stutterstepping really sold it. Because 1) I got to actually see what was happening for once, and damn, I didn't know the vaal fight was so cool looking and 2) got to see mechanics instead of just phasing bosses.

lol *waves hello* i mean i occasionally stop in to PoE to make something memey but yeah, its just not fun to me anymore. But you have to understand back when almost no one, i mean like maybe a few hundred people could MAKE their own mil+ DPS builds in early PoE...i was one of them. NO ONE knew how to build, i spent a HUGE amount of time thinking and planning and learning to get to where i could do over 1m DPS.(which used to be the standard for a god tier damage build) now you can take the most useless worst scaling skill in the game to 3m DPS, often times on a budget of no more than 30c. its just not a challenge, and with no challenge all that is left is farming currency for no reason.
the other problem with power creep is that has WIDENED the gap between skills. Lets take frost nova as an example. a while back(years back) i went man power creep has gotten so bad i bet i could get that skill to 1m DPS. this was prior to for instance the jewel that lets it be cast off of an icebolt, or socketed into a sword to be cast etc. I succeed. a skill that was always 200-300k dps...was over 1 million! amazing right? its can clear end game content...but due to the nature of how the skill works, and the available movement options it was STILL the worst possible ice based skill to use in terms of clear speed. i swapped it out with level 1 gems of EVERY other ice type while it was lvl 18...and with WAY worse DPS(gear and tree not set up for them+ lower leveled) cleared 2-5x faster. the fact that GGG has never really gone through and either reworked or truly tweaked other skills to be in line with the fast clearing skills means that realistically your looking at 10 or less skills if you want to complete content fast. and fast is money..which if you want to upgrade your build or do an interesting build you NEED.
I still love the base concept of the game, i still love that they constantly add all sorts of new stuff, and that WILL break the game in some interesting ways. what i dont love is that they have continued to put in gear they KNOW to be broken from patches past(HH as the perfect example) and ignore that only a select few skills are "usable" to anyone that wants to be at all efficient in their farming.

not sure howa jugg is still a thing when you can stack 80+ reduced damage taken with nebulochs ^^'
