Here's what I know: Apparently, Dr. Bolin is a nephrologist (kidney specialist); in the U.S., you have to be board certified in internal medicine before you can pursue a fellowship in a given organ system (in his case, the kidneys). Internists tend to treat adults only, and often adults who have multiple and complex medical problems. Here's what I've heard over time: They live up to the stereotype as being sort of... wonks, like walking encyclopedias who deal a lot with numbers and labs. I remember being told an old joke, something like: ---"What did the internist say to the family physician?" ---"I don't know. What did he say?" ---"Well, doc, the labs looked great, then the patient died!" My source? I'm not a physician, but am interested in medicine, have worked in a government job involving medicine and requiring regular contact with physicians of all specialties, and would love to get in to medical school, so I watch most of his videos regularly.
The legend uploaded a video!! 😄😃

My God, medicine is so racist... :P
It's noted because of real physiological differences in the cardiovascular system, not because of racism.
