I believe they fucked up the item stats system.
In the end of the mythic system a lot of itens where bugged and either not showing or showing them wrong(steraks didn't show how much it blocked and GD didn't show all the healing).
They probabbly fucked with the tooltips and don't want to add anything back

sundered sky > shojin > steraks > win
you're strong at 1 item but the build spikes really hard at 2 items. with 3 items you can 1v5 if you play it right.
