For now that empty plug in the engine bay is unused, at somepoint it might be used for rally foglights or something. Also, turn your graphics settings up as with anything faster than integrated graphics doesn't benefit from the literal 2fps increase.
Spark plugs can be bought from the store now along with spraypaint, your "new" oil filter and battery should also be reset there too.

The sparkplugs can be bought from Teimo's shop. (The grossery shop). It is a small red box.

If this game is on steam, then if you right click on the game, press characteristics and then you find something that says update automatically and be sure to turn it off. Then the game won't update so you will be able to actually drive the car. Like so WhyBeAre can see!

When connecting a battery to a car always connect the positive cable to the battery then do the negative/grounded cable. this is the safe way to connect a battery, doing it in the reverse order could lead to a battery explosion if you short the battery out.

Hey Why Be Are, one thing you will have to do when you have spark plugs is to tune the distributor, the car will run very poorly without tuning the distributor.
The last dash harness thing is for the Nos that you can connect once you buy it

No it's not, just drive to the store in the van, buy the spark plugs and then retrieve the oil filter and battery which reset to said store.

You need to tune the engine at the repair shop or use a guide and also by trying to start the engine before tuning you broke you rockers. (Trust Me I had to do the same thing)
