1st of all TheL1ve is not YG, JYPE, etc from the big labels and unfortunately this is important cause lots of people pay more attention to these labels cause they're big and don't listen anyone that is not in these big labels. and in Korea there are label stans = those that listen artists from 1 label. even if they go all out with promotion lots of people(not saying all) will see it's TheL1ve and not YG or the other big labels and won't care. in order to go viral it has to be liked by the masses. the masses are bigger promotion than the label's promotion. a perfect example is Hip. RBW and Mamamoo didn't do anything special for this. they went to the same shows they go(Sketchbook, etc), etc. the song simply appeals to the masses so it went viral and became a huge hit. the masses did more to promote the song than the label itself.
