I will never tire of Giselle, my all-time favorite ballet. This scene in particular gives me the willies (sorry about the pun). Absolutely amazing watching the lines of willis hopping across the stage like that ...

My favorite ballet scene! I like music of this part and Myrtha's dancing is fantastic! Although heroin is Gigelle, but Myrtha and Willi's dancing is so stirring to me.

This is driving me crazy. What is the ballet term for those traveling arabesques, seen in other ballets as well. I'm sure it has a French name, I just can't think of it. Please help if you know!

The line crossing is the worst example I have ever seen- messy arms, and legs different heights and not together What has happened to this once great Company with one of its original gems!! Whole act badly under-rehearsed and performed!!

Homegirl most upstage, stage left, is really struggling with the shunts, completely off music. In her defence, the tempo is painfully slow, Myrtha was having some trouble with that. Truthfully, the Giselle corps is done much better in North American companies imo.
