Thanks Nicole for sharing your creativity. I can see how the vertical paper scraps card design could be an easy masculine card.

Both cards were really beautiful. I was facinated by the geometric layout but really loved the ripped pink card. Thanks so much for the sketch and the ideas. I think i will try both of these.

Both! But I do love tearing paper, so much that I sometimes have to force myself to NOT do it on every card. Now I'm in love with Time Holtz's deckle edge trimmer!

YES! I used to distress ALL the edges ALL the time! LOL!

I preferred the first one. They're both great, but the die cut LOVE looks great!

I love them both but I really like the ripped strips and the lined up stamping.

Both cards are very pretty. I like the teared card the best. Thanks for a fun video.

Tearing is old school and one that I used to use a lot. Thank you for doing this and to remind me of a great way to use paper in card design.
I loved both designs for this new sketch. Its one I will have to try. 😄

I never thought of stamping my own background or foreground for tearing. I’ve always used decorator paper. Matching it up is a nice touch. It looks almost like a watercolour too.
