This is originally a poem written by the poet/writer Dan Andersson in 1917. There are several well-known settings by, among others, Gunde Johansson and also by Björn Ulveus, a member of ABBA. The poem is called "About the beggar from Luossa" and is a rather dark text that deals with death but at the same time very gentle.
