Yes you need to have a genuine valid job offer first from a Canadian employer if you are applying outside Canada before to fill out those application forms. ECA stands for Educational Credential Assessment which is used to verify that your foreign degree, diploma, certificate (or other proof of your credential) is valid and equal to a Canadian one. If you are applying under the pilot program of Home Child Care Provider or Home Support Worker, one of the requirements is to have at least 3rd year college or completed 108 units with full semester in any course here in the Philippines which is equivalent to the required post-secondary education credential of at least 1 year in Canada.

ma’am i just had an interview with an employer, i told her I needed a Job offer because i already have my IELTS AND ECA.She told me that she asked 2 consultants agency and asked her a big amount of money. Does she need an agency to assist her with this? and she’s worried they told her the processing will be 2 yrs. I told her i’ll be the one to do the online application po. thank you ma’am because she really wanted to hire me.
The agency would help. Home support worker application is very detailed for a DIY kailangan magaling ka talaga to avoid errors and miztakes that will cause refusal of the application.

Hi mam..i just viewed your vlog about this and im thankful that you made this video…mam i have a concern regarding about the passport of my husband..im aiming to submit my application by january 1 however the passport of my husband is not ready by that time due to wrong burthdate.he has to renew it and due to online appointment there is no earliest slot available..so maybe by january 20,2023 he may be able to het his new passport.. My question is can i submit my applications together with my spouse and children applications but it lacks of my spouse passport? Sorry for the long message and thank you for your response.
Pwede nya sanang isubmit yung old passport but unfortunately hindi pwede dahil nga sa wrong birthdate. You cannot submit an incomplete application it will be returned back to you.

In the online application drop down menu section of the "select your permanent residence program" - Under the 'Category for which you are applying" drop down menu, it only has 'Home Support Worker Pilot' and does not have 'Home Child Care Provider Pilot '. That's not how it works Grace, need mo sila isama sa application as accompanying if kung susunod sila sa yo. You need all police certificates of spouse and children over 18 yrs old whether accompanying or not.
Maam last year i applied for this but they told me that missed some important papers from the file but i put alll the papers i dont know why they said like that . My question is did they reject if i apply for second time.
Did they return it back? What happen with the application? If it has missing document and informed you , you should have forwarded the missing document within 30 days. It's fine to reapply but you have to pay the processing fee again, better to just submit the missing document.

The agency would help. Home support worker application is very detailed for a DIY kailangan magaling ka talaga to avoid errors and miztakes that will cause refusal of the application.

In the online application drop down menu section of the "select your permanent residence program" - Under the 'Category for which you are applying" drop down menu, it only has 'Home Support Worker Pilot' and does not have 'Home Child Care Provider Pilot '. Is it the same? Can I still choose Home Support worker or not? I am applying for the Childcare provider program. Did it change? Pls help. Thank you so much.

That's not how it works Grace, need mo sila isama sa application as accompanying if kung susunod sila sa yo. You need all police certificates of spouse and children over 18 yrs old whether accompanying or not.
Maam last year i applied for this but they told me that missed some important papers from the file but i put alll the papers i dont know why they said like that . My question is did they reject if i apply for second time.
Did they return it back? What happen with the application? If it has missing document and informed you , you should have forwarded the missing document within 30 days. It's fine to reapply but you have to pay the processing fee again, better to just submit the missing document.

Can we fill out applications for several clients in the permanent residence portal ahead of time for say home support worker pilot and use the saved data to create new child caregiver applications when the cap resets on January 1, 2023, and just change the application type to child caregiver and then just submit on the day.
