It's funny how the predators will leap onto other animals but creep up to humans. They could have just leapt on them a long time ago. Also, most predators, like bears, lions and sharks, will flee when injured but these dinosaurs are portrayed as having a vendetta. Anyway, thanks for the upload. Glad I didn't miss much.
I haven't seen any movie that gets dinosaurs right, though this movie does them better than most. It shows they are not invincible and can be killed by normal means. Like smashing the one dino's head in with the butt of the rifle, or being killed by a single shot especially considering he has some high powered futuristic weapon that makes railguns look lie peashooters. You are right about them never fleeing though. They were animals with as much of a will to live as anything else that has walked the planet. The second that dude wiped out several of the approaching four legged things in a single shot, the rest would have fled in terror at witnessing the loud sound and the fact several members of their pack just got wasted in an instant. Same with the big ones really. No creature is going to exert more energy than their meal would give them, especially if their prey has shown the capability to fight back. In real life a T-Rex would be dropped in a few shots from a modern rifle if aimed at the head. Though even just a few shots anywhere on it's body would be enough to make it run away scared. That T-Rex creature would have never messed with that dude ever again after the encounter in the cave. It's an animal that is capable of learning and it would quickly learn that small ape man is dangerous and hurt it last time it attacked it, better not risk injury again.
