    Americans should demand that the ATF be disbanded.

    They murdered this man. Cut the power, covered the camera busted in the door. What would you do if this happened at your house?

      Pretty much the whole country would react the same as this innocent man did.
      And they know this.

    It never ceases to amaze me how cowardly the 3-letter agencies are. The only reason they exist is because we let them.

    Whether he was selling guns or not,,,there still was no reason to MURDER him...they could have went to his work place and picked him up and he would still be ALIVE...

    • @strat1080
      @strat1080 17 дней назад

      It was actually a search warrant not an arrest warrant so they didn’t even need to pick him up. They could have searched when he wasn’t home. They planned for this to turn into a deadly incident by going at 6:00 AM and breaking in the door one minute after knocking. Who answers the door that quickly at that time of day?

    Retired NYPD Captain here. This is simple BOYS WITH TOYS. They could've done this peacefully but no, they wanted the showdown, the raid, flash bangs, breaking down the door. Alpha males with no supervision.

    Then if atf didnt have cameras implemented yet Okay? Then why did local police that where assisting them also where not wearing there cameras on them either thats odd

    • @OnkyoGrady
      @OnkyoGrady 25 дней назад +3

      They went early and didn't wear body cams for the express purpose of getting him upset solo with no lawyer. Lieing to a federal agent, obstruction, resisting, all charges that are essentially impossible to defend against with a bunch of same story cops there and no video/audio.

      @@OnkyoGradyexactly, so there no proof plus the LRPD doesn’t want to cross the Feds so they all go along to get along. Meanwhile, Malinowski’s dead, no one held to account, no one loses their job and no one gets charged. Oh well….😡😡

  • @brianmanuel1202

    Ooooops you forgot something. The week before the ATF assembled and was ready to serve the warrant but they didn't. Because he wasn't home?? So the day they did do the "search warrant" not an arrest warrant, why tape the camera? No bodycams? Cut the electricity? This guy ran the airport, you'd think ATF and local police knew who he was. Very shady.

    NO. If he was in the "business of selling firearms" then selling 9 in 4 years is a realy realy bad business plan for making money!

    • @kingofthemc
      @kingofthemc 19 дней назад

      Yes plus as the head of the locals airport, he was making $200k+/year. Yeah, a big arms dealer, as that little punk Goldman insinuates. Makes me sick.

  • @docwashburn430
    @docwashburn430 25 дней назад +2

    Your report conveniently ignores the fact that if the ATF had wanted everyone to be safe, they could have just dropped by his office at the airport where he was forbidden to carry a gun. Duly noted.

    • @gregculverwell

      The ATF of Ruby Ridge and Waco has not changed - why should it?
      No one was held accountable in any way and no reforms were instituted.
      In other words Congress is quite happy to have assassins on the public payroll.

    there was no arrest warrant. they only had a search warrant and this all happened before the ATF decided to create a law saying you can't sell your firearms with out an FFL

    The ATF and local officers could have gone to the door at a reasonable hour and knocked. They could have then talked with him instead of crashing in with weapons drawn. This would be a reasonable approach by government. Instead they use a SWAT team approach which was totally unnecessary.

    The question is not did they the ATF have probable cause to believe that he was selling firearms illegally. The question is why not arrest him going or leaving his job and at the same time serve and enter the residence to search for evidence of him selling firearms illegally. Instead of doing a RAID of the residence in the middle of the night while not wearing body cameras then cutting the power covering the door camera and kicking in the door and tactically proceeding inside the residence until the homeowner confronts them with warning shots then the officers shoot and kill the surprised homeowner!!! The questions are why would the ATF choose to go thru with a procedure with risk of the situation turning into a war zone bc they knew the homeowner had firearms and would protect his home and his family if his property was intruded by anyone with unannounced force entry. There were other motives involved these lying bogus politicians with their hit squads is ridiculous!! This goes back to normal common sense exactly like the guys playing in girl sports and letting people burn entire cities with consequences they want this confusion so that they can bend and twist stuff so that it is in their favor! There were so many other ways to handle this that would have never turned deadly for anyone but obviously they wanted it to be deadly otherwise they would have decided on the situation with the least amt of lethal risk!!
