The proposed project is a multi tenant office/warehouse facility with six suites. Suite 101, 102, and 106 will be occupied by the owners of the facility. Each will have built out offices and some warehouse space for storage. No hazardous materials will be in these three suites and we have enclosed HMIS sheets noting no hazardous materials in these suites. The other three suites (103-105) will be spec suites with no current user. They will be built out with offices, evap coolers and lighting at the warehouse. Notes are provided on the floor plan for obtaining a C of O for the spec suites, etc. Each tenant will also have their own secured yard at East side of the building.
