I'm in the process of learning how to meditate to give some order to my reality, that for me, is a co-creation and the result of beliefs, thoughts, emotions and actions (different vibrations of energy)...

Doesn't work all the time, especially when there is a lesson to be learned from that person. A while ago I gave up practicing a specific type of meditation. Often I just sit down and see what happens. Reading "New Energy Ways" by Robert Bruce helped me understand how the energetic body works and how you can draw a picture of it in your minds eye by learning how to move energies around this body. What helped me to really grasp meditation was to take a certain amount of time each day to simply sit down, close my eyes and see what my brain/the universe comes up with in this timespan. For quite a while I practiced Mindvalley's 6-Phase-Meditation, but it doesn't suit me anymore - I found my own style. Hope you have an amazing day
