I just left a consultation with the doctor. I told her I want a partial Hysterectomy. , but she told me that the Cervix and uterus is getting out, but not my ovaries. I want to keep my ovaries and cervix. Any suggestions please? 😞
You can choose to keep your cervix. Just let the doctor know your preference. As long as you don't have a history of abnormal pap smears, it's ok to keep your cervix if that's what you want. If you're younger than 50, keeping your ovaries is highly recommended.
