21/2 cup flour
1 cup water
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 can condensed milk
1/4 cup melted butter or ,margarine

Bago po kayo mag lagay ng baking powder try nyo po muna sa isang glass na transparent po na may warm water maglagay kayo ng 1/4 tsp na baking powder sa tubig then kapag nkita nyo na nagba bubbles ang bpowder sa tubig ok po yun kapag wala kayo nkita luma na po iyun or expired.di po aalsa ang puto nyo or bineyk nyo.
